Finestra Options window not accessible (system tray icon & taskbar icon)

Symptom

I can not access to the Finestra Options anymore (neither with the system tray icon nor the taskbar icon).

How to fix it ?

  1. Use this command line:
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Finestra\VirtualDesktops.exe" /options
    This opens the Finestra Options window
    (mine is version 2.5.4501.1476 on a Windows 7 SP1 x64)

  2. In the Finestra Options window, change at least one of these two options:

Interface > [ ] Use taskbar icon (Windows 7)
Interface > [x] Show a mini overview above the notification when: "Mousing over the icon"
