where is original source code?

in order to facilitate a widespread adoption of this extension, the original source code should be included in this repository with all the build chain.

LICENSE.md is missing

in order to use this extensions in commercial projects a LICENSE declaration is needed.

Add a way to detect if the user has this extension installed

Metamask injects some web3 into the window so that you can detect if its installed and if there is a default account, this should do something similar and set some properties on window.

We should be able to:

Detect if they have MetaPay extension installed
Detect if they have an account set up

Memo Type Error

Given a transaction like this: https://stellar.meta.re/transaction/?to=GDX3SUOTBPQTCJ5225UXTMGTHNVLSEQQZVMSLKN4V4TA3YT5RE5VXX5G&amount=1&memo=7bb129136cd5c391f6a2401e5cb7317575dcf79352249536bea3a937aef9bd9c&memoType=MEMO_HASH

It doesn't seem to submit the "memoType" correctly. It returns with an error: "MEMO_TEXT must contain a maximum of 28 characters undefined" even though I'm submitting a valid MEMO_HASH

Thoughts?
