搭建Python开发环境

为了能够提高效率，在VIM下添加了python的语法字典，所以VIM下可以完美python。 同时为了满足方便性，尝试着在eclipe中搭建一个，使用pydev也已成功，界面很友好。

代码调试和想法实现
