We can set build settings for a real game engine and generate an executable or package installer file by clicking the "Build" button.
To implement it, we have to add a Game-Build Pipeline:
Engine will pack and compress data (shaders, scripts, binary files, etc.) to a template project as native assets, and set build properties from XXXBuildSettings.
Engine will build the modified template project (final native project), and generate the final executable or package installer file.
