I am not sure if this repo is still being maintained but thought it was worth a chance to raise an issue. I have been trying to use Alpaca to look at the mosaic structure of a saccharomyces cerevisiae genome we have recently sequenced in our lab. I am having difficulty generating the alpaca layout figure. The svg is generated and the chromosome sizes are correct but no colours are being added to the plot to show proportions based on the labels file I use containing the HSL codes for colour. (See example below for the first few lines of the labels file I use). Could you provide an example of a correct labels file for comparison so I can see if I have made an error in generating my one.
