I tried to install the extension as it's described in the readme.md. When I started the last step, I got an error message "Cannot find module '{mypath}/index.js

Zotero have introduced a new notes format (in the 5.0 beta), which seems to cause problems. As far as I can see, the title field is actually pulling through the entire notes content (which I have also seen in the zotero md notes plugin), so maybe this is a Zotero problem, I'm not sure. Either way, the script fails right now if there are new format notes in the library being processed.

Logseq has no support for local Zotero support, and Zettlr already solved this issue a long time ago with auto-updating JSON https://docs.zettlr.com/en/academic/citations/

I have ~1700 items in my library but running the script only brings in 11. I have temporarily disabled the API access to notes (see previous issue logged) but this should still leave ~1000 items. I've tried running the script multiple times, but with the same behaviour. Am I missing a config option somewhere?
