well, shoot. Maybe that should just become part of the underscore mixins?

I think maybe we'll just check for the presence of sortBy and use Array.prototype.sort if it doesn't exist.

sortBy is an underscore thing, if you add the ampersand-collections-underscore-mixin this will just work. It already checks to see if you're using something that is assuming an underscore-like API: https://github.com/AmpersandJS/ampersand-collection/blob/master/ampersand-collection.js#L184-L188 not sure how to best handle this for cases where you didn't use the mixin. Any suggestions?
