In order to allow new questions that are not part of the official questions from IBM, Notebook templates are required.

For version control, savings notebooks as .md files is preferable to .ipynb. It would be good to add Jupytext to this project, create paired notebooks, and store the .md files (myst) in version control.

The current Jupyter notebooks are not completely unified in format and style. This needs to be remedied

There is a job to build the entire site, but there are no checks run during pull requests. Actions should be written and implemented that check:

• Python styling
• That notebooks execute
• That the page builds

If possible, these checks should only take place on modified files.

The test is for Qiskit 0.2x, but this repo uses 0.4x. The outputs need to be verified for correctness.

A CSS post-processor should be added

Question 19 follow a slightly different format than the others, and as a result, a large portion of the answer breakdown did not copy over in CI/CD.

Contributing is outdated. A proper script is also needed to facilitate site development, and this is tied to contributing instructions.

This project uses carbon-web-components, which has been replaced by @carbon-web-components.
