Hi,
First of all thank you for the library. It saved me a lot of time (I haven't quite get the core graphic stuff yet). :)

Regarding the problem. There is a small bug in the dealloc method. It release the glowColor twice.
Once in [glowColor release] and second time in self.glowColor = nil;
To fix the problem I would suggest removing the second line.

If you would like to replicate the problem just run the lines below:
RRSGlowLabel * g = [[RRSGlowLabel alloc] init];
UIColor * c = [[UIColor alloc] initWithRed:1.0f green:1.0f blue:1.0f alpha:1.0f];
g.glowColor = c;
[c release];

[g release]; // It crashes here
