Automate build step

Currently it requires

  • do build (npm run build:chrome)
  • manual move of the generated folder to root
  • rename to web-rotor.zip

This can all be automatd.

Improve update experience

Right now, to get an updated version of the extension, someone would need to re-download the zipped build and re-upload to Chrome.

Possible solutions, in order of preferred fixes:

  • automatic updates
  • periodic check for updates with (what, push notifications?)
  • options/settings view with Update control
