OK. 373125e makes the game compilable and finishes all tests for the new logic engine

Nothing can be seen yet, because we didn't connected the logic engine to the graphical engine

3483468 readds the game attack, with a fixed timestep workflow though

The next commits will port the game to use fixed timesteps
Then, we'll run the game and play a little, fix anything that broke in Windows and close this issue
