Water Quality Testing Form is to be created under the same existing 'Ward' subject.

Visit Scheduling Logic

1. Form should get scheduled to either May 1 or Oct 1 whichever is next. If the form is scheduled for May then it should be Overdue after June 30. If the form is scheduled for Oct then it should be Overdue after Nov 30. For Registration, within May or June, it should schedule for the current date and overdue by June 30. For Registration, within Oct or Nov, it should schedule on the current date and overdue by Nov 30.

• Create user groups:
  1 - Anurakshak
  2 - Block coordinator

• Permissions for Anurakshak

• Ability to view and edit all the general encounters against Ward subject

• Restrict registration of Ward - Anurakshak cannot create Wards.

• Permissions for block coordinator

• All permissions.

Offline dashboards.

Title - Tank Cleaning

• One card with count of completed forms in total
• Card with Title "Due" to take the user to the ward for which the encounter has not been filled in current month
• Same cards as above for "WIMC meeting", "Jal Chaupal" and "Piped Water Supply" Titles

• Upload bundle from AKRSP UAT to the organization mentioned above - without locations

• Add all users added above to Anurakshak user groups
• Add the custom dashboard to Dashboards in the Anurakshak user group.
• Register the Wards (Subjects) mentioned in the CSV through bulk upload:

• Download the translated Hindi keys for the organization from lokalise/UAT and upload them in the org.
• Verify that the wards are created and forms are scheduled for entering the data.
• Verify that a user is able to access the forms scheduled.

Language - Hindi

• Upload translations once received from AKRSP team.

Org - AKRSP UAT

• Remove location hierarchy "Village" from Location types as it is not required and Make Gram Panchayat the parent location for Ward.
• Remove all the villages from locations and make respective GP the parent for Wards.
• Ward subject type - Change the location in Advanced settings to GP.
• "Piped Water Supply encounter" to be renamed to "Log book record"
• Delete all transactional data from Organization settings after changes are done.

For Jal Chaupal and WIMC encounters:

• "How many women participated in the meeting" should not allow a value above the higher range selected in "How many participants participated" question. i.e. if the range selected is 25-40, then Women participants should not be more than 40 allowed. If the range selected is more than 80, then it can be open ended, no higher limit.
• In the Log book record encounter:
• Remove the field Reporting Year and Reporting month.
• Add a field Reporting duration - keep the data type as calendar and only allow the user to select Month and Year, no date.
• User should not be allowed to select a future month and year.

Create a new Org - AKRSP UAT
Location hierarchy - District - Block - Gram Panchayat - Village - Ward
Create a Subject - "Ward", Subject type - "Individual" , Location to be registered at - Ward

Create following encounters against the Ward subject:

• Tank Cleaning
• WIMC meeting
• Jal Chaupal
• Piped Water Supply

Visit scheduling:

• Tank cleaning task - Schedule first immediately, Keep scheduling every six months after that.

• All other encounters will be scheduled on a monthly basis. Schedule first on the registration date of Ward.

• On the Offline dashboard, there was a card for "Piped Water Supply" encounter for completed and due encounters. Now, after change of the name of encounter to "Log book record" - the cards are not visible.
• In the Log book record encounter add a field "Reporting Year" after the Reporting month field - it should auto populate the current year - pick the year from visit date.
