DecodeAddress can accept the two different chainparam
I am using cov command for testing. You can get cov from here: cov
The details as the following:
using a testnet to decode a mainnet address, and success:
cov 1EUyTM95sE9pB6Goagm2hXV3osAUtVXqHQ testnet
output: bchtest:qzf78l0xc6rhu69j2zxa4gxf35alyfqvccn8tu9r59
using a testnet to decode the got base32 encoded address, but got a different address from the origin one:
cov bchtest:qzf78l0xc6rhu69j2zxa4gxf35alyfqvccn8tu9r59 testnet
