I think it would be ok to mention that it's not actually necessary to disable client secret hash. I wrote a small blog post about it:

When using your code, I realized that you get NotAuthorizedException (amazon style in go) error when trying to create an account. The reason is that you are missing the SecretHash property for the SignUpInput form.

Hey, this is some very solid work, I'm very surprised it seems a bit abandoned...

I'm a bit confused about the way Tokens are handled, why exactly do you need to insert a token on login page in order to refresh it?
