I am currently a lead scientist at Deep Genomics in Toronto. My work involves using machine learning and AI to identify causal drug targets from human genetics data. Allow users to convert all of a specific item

Rather than their entire inventory, use something like

!conv all log apple

Just use the same interface as the inventory, grabbing the relevant entry from the psql (probably should warn of last update time if > 5 minutes or something)
