Scroll speed

Hi,
first of all thanks for writing this great piece of code. We are implementing it in a project and it is really looking nice. However, in the demo 1 i can see that some of the words (eg. Ne) are moving faster than other words (eg. Tx), but we can't see how to set it up.
Can you help?
