I see the nav bar items but can't change them. (Current master (4a81e5b)) If I click to one, the URL seems to be right (/category1), but the response delivers the same (root) page again.

In private.php is the group set in line 71-72 from the environment variable "group". (Or, in my case, the first author group, because the variable isn't set.) It works if I request /?group=category1. Maybe the server configuration is incomplete and some environment variables has to be rewritten.

The apache configuration on d120 shows not a single (active) rewrite at all. But it works there. Why? What I am missing?

If .padname exists but isn't world-readable, an internal PHP warning is shown.

A neat warning message explaining the problem would be more appropriate.

Es wäre cool wenn man Unterkategorien definieren könnte um die Liste kompakter zu halten (mehr als 7 Einträge werden ja unter einem Spoiler versteckt). So könnte man die Kategorie FSS zB unter UAs ablegen oder FIM unter Fachschaft usw.

Neue oeffentliche Pads werden nicht als solche in der Uebersicht markiert.

In private/showpad.php: The line

shouldn't contain the static URL.

Es gibt aktuell keine Beschreibung, welche Sonderzeichen mit welchem Zweck im Suchfeld verwendet werden können, so wie:

• & nach Gruppe suchen
• # nach Tag suchen
• ! Negation
• etc.

Bei dem wiederherstellen von Pads kommt es zu Encoding problemen

Pads funktionieren nicht wenn ein Fragezeichen im Name ist (evtl. auch andere Sonderzeichen).

Einfachste Lösung ist vermutlich Eingabevalidierung beim Anlegen/Umbenennen

Hi, currently we only have a markdown preview. To faciliate copying protocolls to our trac, a pad to markdown translation would be great

To get better overview over recent changes, it would be nice to get mail if anything in marked pads changed. Also nice would be daily notification...

Das automatisch mit dem Sitzung starten angelegte Pad sollte im Idealfall direkt das Jahr im vierstelligen Format als Tag erhalten um direkt richtig einsortiert zu sein.

When accessing a pad via shortlink, a HTTP 404 response code is returned. While Firefox renders the HTTP body nevertheless, IE 11 ignores the body and displays a 404 Not Found page instead.

Probably setting the response code explicitly could fix this issue.

Wenn mein Browser schmal genug ist (halber Bildschirm) und das Menüband mit "Fachschaft", "Sitzung", "Ophase", "Kif",... zum Dropdownmenü wird, liegen die Icons der Pads, die angeben, ob sie öffentlich, oder nicht sind, noch über dem Dropdownmenü.

Nach Max' Aussage muss da nur ein setindex geändert werden.

The info box, shown at the bottom of a pad page, is not really usable on touch devices. There is no double-tap support for minimizing the box. Therefore, the only possibility is to touch on the X button. Once minimized, I found no way to reopen the info box.

I tryed to install padman on my server, but I wasn't able to follow all instructions, because some of the files (e.g. update_groups.php) are missing. And the other thing is, that there is no index.php in the root folder. Do I need to use "public" as root folder?

When I link to public, I'm getting a "Pad not found" message. My etherpad-api has currentVersion 1.2.13 and is reachable with the apikey i've set in the config.inc.php. The Connection to the database is working fine.

Einen B-Teil-Export schreiben, damit man die B-Teile einfach ins trac kopieren kann. Dazu müssen immer die Überschriften ("Mitteilungen") und der komplette TOP, in dem der B-Teil ist, in den Export, die TOPs und Überschriften, die keine B-Teile enthalten, müssen weg. Außerdem sollte das ganze in trac-Syntax sein.

Damit bitte frühstens nach dem Zukunftstreffen anfangen!

Im Onlineprotokoll sollte eher etwas stehen wie: "Hierzu gibt es einen B-Teil, ..."
Außerdem irgendwo (z.B. Link) eine Erklärung des Konzeptes B-Teil.

Es gibt momentan mindestens die php update-group.php --update Wartungsaktion, außerdem ist es recht umständlich, neue Gruppen anzulegen.

Gut wäre ein Thin-Wrapper-CLI, z.B. padmanctl, um solche Aktionen durchzuführen.
