Features clarification

Hi, sorry for the stupid question, but could u explain what the following features mean?

• "inv-nodes"
• "node-caps"
• "deg-malig"
• "irradiat" (I can assume the meaning of this one but i would like to be sure about it)

I looked for an explanation online but i couldn't find it.
