Flash of unstyled content

Hi, love the theme, but I'm getting a flash of unstyled content on each page load, even on a fresh, local install (no big images or anything). Any ideas how to fix that?

Action required: Greenkeeper could not be activated 🚨

🚨 You need to enable Continuous Integration on all branches of this repository. 🚨

To enable Greenkeeper, you need to make sure that a commit status is reported on all branches. This is required by Greenkeeper because we are using your CI build statuses to figure out when to notify you about breaking changes.

Since we did not receive a CI status on the greenkeeper/initial branch, we assume that you still need to configure it.

If you have already set up a CI for this repository, you might need to check your configuration. Make sure it will run on all new branches. If you don’t want it to run on every branch, you can whitelist branches starting with greenkeeper/.

We recommend using Travis CI, but Greenkeeper will work with every other CI service as well.

No cover image on Chrome for Android

Home page cover image doesn't show on Android Chrome. Works at small size on desktop and even with Safari on iPhone.

Possible Upstream License Conflict

I noticed this repo has the MIT license, but the original (linked here) seems to be licensed as Creative Commons (CCA3).

I'm considering forking the project, but I want to make sure the correct license is included. Could you clarify? :)

How to replace ipsum lorum text

I applied the theme to my blog, but there is boiler plate which I can't see how to edit - what am I missing?
