How do you print your wiki pages?

Usually, I press the preview button an then I print the pages I want. Or I simply press the printer button. Why do you ask?

Cause it makes a difference if you press Ctrl + P or ?do=export_html for handling this inside the plugin.

I could imagine a button on top of the discussions which toggles the visibility of the discussion section?

Thank you for the feedback. Actually, I didn't even know the ?do=export_html-Function.

A button to toggle the visibility of the discussion would be fine. But where is this button when the discussion is unvisible?

I would prefer the button in the footer, so it will not appear on the printout at all, but i guess that's a problem with the structure of the wiki.

It's possible to define different layouts in CSS for viewing the page inside the browser or printing it. The button could be hidden in printing layout.

Well, that would solve the problem nicely.

Please update to the latest version. I added a new configuration option which allow enabling/disabling a button.

Sorry, I was very busy and had not time to test the update of the discussion plugin. However, I installed the update, the toggle-button is shown, but when I use the print preview, the system ist nuked, need to restart.

What do you mean with nuked? The hiding of the discussion section crashes your printing process?

I have tested this on another computer in my firm, it works well. Obviously, the phenomenon is a problem of my pc. It crashes completely, whenever you use the print preview function of the browser. The pc was reinstalled and updated in july, i didn't notice it before. Sorry for the stirrup.

Now I have to learn how to edit the css-form of the page, to get rid of the "hide/show" button in print when the discussion ist hidden...

I view the page in my browser, with the "hide/show"-button. Discussion is
hidden. Then I go to "print preview", to see how this would look in print.
The screen goes black, the pc is dead. No way to get control, only cold
reset (by pulling the power cable). I will test soon, if this happens in the
former version, too, and how the behaviour ist with discussion visible. Or
maybe another pc.
