Had to use a new form of import, changing to
var includePaths = require('rollup-plugin-includepaths').default;
Also i'm glad to find the missing export to be present in the latest version (0.2.1)
module.exports = exports['default'];
so back to plain
var includePaths = require('rollup-plugin-includepaths');
