Hi Dominic,

Can you provide a way to export the models to a custom location, so that the models can be shared between different computers? (It saved the models, and can load them, but I have no idea where they are)

I hope this message finds you well! I was hoping to utilize this software package for analysis purposes in my lab. I, unfortunately, found myself wondering if there were missing files necessary for using the program. All of the links lead to the same zip file and thus lead me to believe there are missing files.

I've recently tried to use your program but the images below, but found that the program would become unresponsive. I've scanned these images as .tiff files and have even tried to cut them up into small images to use. The images were scanned at approximately 1200 dpi. Do you think it would be an issue with the images and do you think it would be possible to modify the code to be able to use these images?

Is it possible to sort the file names for the output? It makes post-processing easier (particularly if that means to transfer the results into an excel file)

I dowloaded your program, and tried to run it on some images I took, but the images arent getting loaded into the program. Even after resizing the images to be below 400X400 in size, the program is unable to load the images more often than not.

I dont really have a background in CS, so apart from resizing and lowering the quality of the images I am not sure what to do.

I would be grateful for any advice or help in resolving this matter. I have attached the images I'm using.

The indexing in the output .csv file was offset by 1. I have fixed the bug and updated the repository and release builds.
