Bug: EyeThread dies automatically after repeated die-start pairs in less then half second

New feature: Uploader strategies and GoogleDriveUploader

The current FileIO uploader only stores an image until it is downloaded. There is a need for permanent storage. A new Uploader class must be constructed and a GoogleDriveUploader must be written.

[Notifier] A Telegram Bot

The current Whatsapp bot relies on free API resources and, therefore provides only 50 messages on 6 hour duration. There is a need of more intelligent bot where:

• Bot provides if the service is dead or alive.
• Bot restarts the service if the command is sent.
• Bot provides the latest N logs if wanted.
• Bot provides if protectors are in house, and whose.
• Bot provides an image-shot if wanted.

[EyeStrategy] New Strategy for HTTP-based Network Cameras

A new implementation that provides frames over network channels would be beneficial for big houses, or with a setup where the camera needs to be separated from the server.

As of start, we could implement the strategy and provide a demonstration firmware for ESP32-CAM. One must check for the "standardized" ways of sharing frames over network where HTTP is not a must.
