My only concern with this is how we'll decide on the best spec for a given fight. I suspect raid composition will play a significant role, so we'll need a set of rules. I, for one, wouldn't be qualified to write such a rule set, and I am struggling to think of anyone with the qualifications that I could even ask to help.

Before this can be considered plausible, we'll need to get in touch with a raid composition expert.

Alternatively (and much more readily), the addon could simply make decisions based solely on your class and the boss at hand.

I was thinking more of the lines of decisions based on ones class and the boss at hand. It'd make raiding easier for people who are relatively new to it.

Making a raid composition could possibly be researched by watching the top guilds videos/setup.
