Sorry, a mistake.

I run makeblastdb -in test3.fasta -title reference -dbtype nucl -out Data_test3 but got an error at the end as below:

Is there a way to fix this issue?

Hi I am getting this error when trying to use the makeblastdb?

makeblastdb -in /lustre/project/taw/kvigil/Reference/viral.1.protein.faa.gz -dbtype prot

I am trying to install 2.9.0 version on my ubuntu but still appears the old version installed 2.6.0. How Can I remove the old version to work with the new one?
