Plugin became incompatible again with the release of Mac OS 10.12.1, Mail Version 10.1 (3251) - I tried adding the UUID 9054AFD9-2607-489E-8E63-8B09A749BC61 to ~/Library/Mail/Bundles/GMailinator.mailbundle/Contents/Info.plist but that did not help

Enumerate available commands and let them be assignable from a Info.plist (or something) like in ShiftIt

Hi there, thanks so much for the recent updates to the instructions for getting this plugin to work on Mojave. However, even when I follow the instructions, no button shows up in the General preferences of Mail for me to allow/enable this extension. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I've build the plugin with Xcode, copied the folder form the tmp dir to the mail library dir as instructed, but when I re-start mail, that manage plugins button just isn't there. Any thoughts?

First of all, thank you for maintaining this cool plugin!
Today, I installed Catalina (MacOS 10.15) and followed the instructions for setting the plugin up in Mojave. However, I received the following error message after restarting Mail:

Mail has disabled the following plug-ins:

	GMailinator.mailbundle

Contact the makers of these plug-ins for versions that are compatible with Mail 13.0.

Which is exactly what I am doing. Any ideas?
