lactater's Issues

Problem with value of Lactate of different methods

I don´t know why but the lactatue value of different methos and different athletes it´s the same, entering the different data of lactate of different athletes it couldn´t be the same...some help? thanks

Determination of maximal incomplete stage

Hi Felipe, one cuestion I couldn´t see the function to determinate the last value of lactate/intensity/ calculated and how is it.

I understandt that with time uncomplete, lactate and intensity in last stage of graded exercise test, lactater calculate the "estimated" value of lactate at final point right?

Like Maximal aerobic power in calculations of other test right?

Thanks one time more. :D

error on row 1 with mutate

Hi, Felipe, thanks for your contribution.

Recently some works different from previous version, maybe due to new version of R studio.

the error is the next:

Error in dplyr::mutate():
ℹ In argument: results = switch(...).
ℹ In row 1.
Caused by error in dplyr::mutate():
ℹ In argument: plot = list(plot_lactate(data_processed = data, method = method)).
ℹ In row 1.
Caused by error in X.noV[, nomiOK, drop = FALSE]:
! número incorreto de dimensiones
Backtrace:

  1. lactater::lactate_threshold(...)
  2. lactater:::plot_lactate(data_processed = data, method = method)
  3. segmented::predict.segmented(object = segmented_object, newdata = data.frame(intensity = method_intensity))

Thanks for your contrinbution
