Features

  You should know machine-translate is not 100% correct. It could contain lots of mistakes.

  Youtube's machine translation is not good enough. Welcome discussion if you know better open API (open an issue on Github).

• 🛡️ No third-party server needed

• 🛡️ No confliction with Youtube web player's CC

• 🛡️ Maximum safety:

  • No injection if you don't click the toolbar button.
  • Minimum permission required.
  • UI on browser toolbar, inject as less as possible to web

Youtube has videos that provide subtitles (CC, closed captions) in different languages, but will not display more than one simultaneously on itself's web player. Why not display several at the same time? Why not?

💬 Well... It's true that youtube also contains videos of rumours, bias ... Those bad videos show in the recommendation list time and again. Even some videos spreaing rumours are so well-made that misleading lots of people ! And many misled people commenting help rumours to spread

Issue with aligning arabic translation from english

Hi, thanks for this amazing project it helped a lot in my studies i just wish that translating to Arabic would make the subs stay in the center like every other langauge but it tends to go to the right side of the screen, i hope it doesn't cause any trouble to fix.

Could you make a userscript with same features? I want my iOS/macOS devices to use this.

Feature request: Changing the appearance of subtitles

Would it be possible to add an option to change the appearance of the caption? At the moment, if I understand correctly, this is not possible. Thank you

Thanks for this add-ons, it's very inspiring.

I wish you could add an option to choose a language to be translated into automatically without having to set it up manually.
