When restarting the script after stopping it half way...
It takes an awful lot of time for Bagoma to reach the next starting point. It starts by checking all emails again, one by one, until it finds one where there's no duplicate. I udnerstand this redundancy may be useful for some people, but isn't there a way to skip to the latest downloaded email in order to avoid the extremely long wait ?
Relies on "All Mail" being available via IMAP
I use Gmail exclusively via IMAP and hid the "All Mail" "folder" long ago. Would it be possible to add an option to work through the available IMAP folders?
Backup to S3?
I am curious to better understand what type of backup files are created here and if its feasible to have all emails backed up to Amazon S3.
Further more - if one has this running on a continuous basis would it recognize a change in labels on previously backed up emails?

Does the GUI work only with Python3 ?
I noticed that the env specified for the pyw file was Python3. Is the GUI restricted to Python3 only ? Could it be adapted for Python 2.7+ too ?
Failure in uIdMatch.search parameters
I've had BaGoMa crash a couple times now while downloading all my mail. This one, however, didn't crash the program but kept running.

Add a lock to prevent the script from running in parallel instances on the same account
So we are sure that index files are coherent after all script run
