FMask is not available as such in ESPA processed landsat collection 1. is there a way to directly add the pixel_qa layer? Or would you recommend another option?

Is there introductory user guide for ccdc? I am a newbie to use this algorithm.
Could you please provide the input data specification?
And when I install Matlab runtime Compilier ,I always failed.I could not find other people install hign version MCR ,the tutorials are all about the 2012 version.Can I use Matlab on Linux to run the CCDC?
If not,could you share me you how to set path environment variables ? Here is the mcr environment variables information in the dialog box !
