attribute does not exist syntax

we have for an attribute existing, but not for an attribute not existing

eg. [!attr]

select just vars, not identifiers

"identifier" is too general as it includes stuff like property names

currently have to use

 :not(member[computed=false]) > #n

to exclude that

also,
potentially use scope information as well? https://github.com/Constellation/escope
