Some symbols present as emoji on some platforms

Android 11 Chrome, the playing card symbols present as their emoji varient

Fix is adding VS-15 to the symbol on write (e.g. ❤︎ \u2764 vs ❤ \u2764\ufe0e), or removing symbols with emoji display options from the STARS list

Automation improvements

Setup a github action to automatically publish a new release (here and on pypi) on master merge
Trigger a re-deployment of ih-aas also when this happens.
