Already working on it. It is a pretty quick thing. I have already added columns in the db for the Checkout part.

This is a natural extension of RD walkthrough. As, an RD should be able to see what RA signed the rci on checkout. There is no easy way to determine the RA, given a room, so an alternative is storing the RA who signed in the database.
