As I wrote in mail nice plugin for PDT :-)

Here are some issues I faced during testing:

• PHP executable is hardcoded to 'php.exe'
• PHP executable directory needs to have 'php.ini', there are many cases where 'php.ini' is in different location e.g. on Linux ini file is very often in etc directory
• I couldn't find a way to change default port but maybe I just didn't know how ;)

From general things, do you think its necessary to have different versions of server for each PHP versions? Maybe one built-in type with different runtimes will be enough? I'm thinking how to make it simple and easy for other users.
