Version conflict for [@minecraft/server] on 1.20.61.01

Hi, this error occured after updating my bedrock server to latest version.

SyntaxError

[Scripting] Plugin [Bedrock-Bridge v1.3.9 - 1.3.9] - [main.js] ran with error: [SyntaxError: Could not find export 'Vector' in module '@minecraft/server']

Discord bot problem

The bot keep sending messages to the text channel on discord when user running command with custom prefix from other behavior pack. Example like when type +tpa (tpa is command for teleporting between player) the discord bot also send this to the text channel on discord

Unable to execute script

After installing the AddOn in my world trying to execute the script and nothing happens.

In the log there seems to be an issue with the permissions :

Can you advise on the formating of the permissions.json please.

Giving Error "IP Invalid when trying !connect"

The title basically explains my issue.
When I try to connect to the discord server from the bds chat by typing !connect, it gives impossible to connect, please check !messages or something and when I check !messsages, it says Invalid IP. I have tried putting the Origin in the forum also when it pops up, but that didn't help also.
