Improve header on mobile/desktop

Blur on desktop can look a bit funny. Add a background or remove the blur if it isn't needed.

Blur on mobile looks a little weird, maybe just add a translucent background instead.

Remove norefferer

See title, not needed for projects as they're all hosted by me, and are trusted. Helps with analytics.
