I plan on completely converting the package to TypeScript without creating any breaking changes. (Hopefully)

• Organize all endpoints into seperate files.
• Add new GitHub actions.
• Add new documentation generation for TypeScript specifically.
• Convert code to TypeScript.
• Change jsdoc definitions to type definitions.
• Replace repetitive code with private functions.
• Organize everything, update readme to be better formatted.

CollectionMetaResponseFile.id is undefined despite the docs stating that the value is a snowflake. This issue is a reminder to resolve this conflict.

• Add text endpoint methods.
• Organize a bit, clean up everything.
• Add examples using the jsdoc example tag to all methods.
