Visualization of multiple patches

There is a bug when visualizing different number than 100 patches in one single image.

Arguments

Check in scripts if all arguments are provided by users , else abort program.
Further check that patchsize is odd!!!

RAM consumption

At the moment all augmented patches are stored and not directly written to file. Leads to a huge memory need during run time.
-> save couple of augmented patches directly after augmenting them
