Resolve missing Response classes used in command.py

ROS2 tune QoS to be appropriate to use

So right now on pr #3 I've set the QoS settings so they don't cause warnings or failures to communicate.
At some point it would be good to look at both sides of the topics and services to tune the QoS settings to be more appropriate to their use case.
Like qos_profile=QoSProfile(history=HistoryPolicy.KEEP_LAST, depth=10))

Test and log temp, pressure and wind data from mavros

~imu/temperature (sensor_msgs/Temperature) Temperature reported by FCU (usually from barometer)
~imu/atm_pressure (sensor_msgs/FluidPressure)
~wind_estimation (geometry_msgs/TwistStamped)

Also might as well
Create a node to read /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp and publish it to a cpu temp or something /1000 then c->f
