packageReview is a minimal R package to demonstrate code review on GitHub.

packageReview is developed at the Centre for the Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine as part of Epiverse-TRACE.

You can install the development version of packageReview from GitHub with:

# install.packages("pak")
pak::pak("joshwlambert/packageReview")

This repository has been setup to illustrate how code reviews work on GitHub. It is used to demonstrate:

• Feature code reviews
• Full package reviews
• Partial (pre-release) reviews

Contributions are welcome via pull requests.
