I'm not sure if there's a way to make it so the members only have access to rolling their own die. Not a big issue, but would be nice.
As a user, I would like to see the association between a Warfare unit and the tests it makes in the chat messages.
Need to figure out if it's a rights issue, it's a BIG addition.
As a user, I would like to add items & effects to warfare units for more in-depth battle handling.

I don't know if this will help you, but I've been using one I slightly modified from someone else who made one a long time ago for Strongholds & Followers. I took what they made and added the 'Command' roll from Kingdoms & Warfare.
The layout of the cards is a bit cleaner and more consistent with what's found in those books. I particular like the dark mode.
Feel free to use whatever.
As a user, I would like an organization's skill bonuses and defense scores to be constructed in prepared data rather than manually adjusted.
Proficiency handling is more complicated than anticipated; "When using a domain skill, if the officer is proficient with any of the domain skill’s associated character skills, they can add their proficiency bonus to the skill test roll. However, this can be done only once per officer per intrigue." (This is an important facet to ensure every player takes a domain action and caps the capabilities for longer intrigues based on party size)

This was a point of confusion for me as well, but I've just had it confirmed through MCDM's Discord.
If a Defense Level is raised, it doesn't affect the Defense Score.
For example, the Domain Action called Like in the Great Stories for the Adventuring Party raising the Resolve Level by two. In your module, when I take the Rosolve to 'Fanatic' from 'Normal' (which is how one would indicate that the Level is increased by 2), the Resolve score also increases by 2, but this is incorrect. The score should remain the same.
Hopefully this makes sense. It is confusing that they used the same word (ex. Resolve) to indicate both a Score and a Level, which are independent.
