1. installing c++ build vs-code;
   or just confused in what to install?

Ignore existing files

Hi! First all, thanks for your work, the bot is great!
But doesn't ignore existing files.
It's not that bad, but maybe you can fix it.

PD: Perhaps you might consider adding slash commands.
