Mobile Menu Format

We should change the menu format on mobile. It's a lot of scrolling on the mobile site to navigate the menu. I was thinking a main level menu and onclick a submenu appears with the the rest of the content. Not urgent.

Broken link from about to curriculum

Not sure what's causing the issue. Tried several things but it seems to be a problem with the url

Completely changing the theme of this website

Since we have tons more pages on this website, I am thinking of completely changing the menu. But, to change the menu, we will have to make major changes to the entire website layout...
Any suggestions?
