High CPU load when running about karma-dart

Does not appear to happen when singleRun is set to true. (presumably because autoWatching trips it up). This decreases the time to it takes to run the tests to run at the times I am used to from Angular.js karma runner.

@bbss I think it's more likely because you are watching some huge directories. For instance doing files: ['**/x.js"] with having node_modules with lot of modules in the basePath. The ** means Karma (chokidar) has to glob it all...

Also, this PR might help, so give it a shot once it gets out to NPM.

I just almost blindly copied the sample file from the landing page which includes such a similar pattern.
