We haven't really started thinking about supporting this directly in karma-dart, but one of the ideas (I think it was JJ) was that in DartEditor in build.dart you could automatically invoke dart2js and then you could use stock karma to watch the generated js file and run it directly. The problem with this approach is that we still need the unittest adapter, but it could be done as a code generator inside build.dart before dart2js is invoked.
