Publish the framework to PyPi using github actions / automations

Model a servo

As a developer I want to be able to set the angle of a servo without having to calculate the pulse width duty each time.

• create function to convert an angle into a duty value
• create a unit test to test the boundaries of the set angle function

Rename behaviours to 'actions' to make it simpler to understand

The word 'behaviours' although correct may indicate its more complex than it actual is. Rename uses of this to 'Actions'

Model LED

As a robot I want to have LED's that:
are on or off
that blink
that have a brightness level

Model Motor

As a developer I want to be able to model a motor, with speed and direction

Documentation - create a website

• register a domain name
• create GitHub page connection
• create an about page, about the project
