Issue with 200% scaling

The mouse tracking uses the absolute coordinates of the mouse (low level), while scaling the does not. Win does ompute the scaling effects on a higher level. - so the eyes position have an 2x scaling error.

workaround: put the eyes in the upper left corner of your monitor...

long term: working on that...

Loading Backgroud at startup fails

Its always transperant - so default value overrides

To have the programm running on all windows machines. the Framework version should be as low as possible.
