Fullscreen eyes are tricky to deactivate.

The vector calculation should be better close to the eyes / normalization

The mouse tracking uses the absolute coordinates of the mouse (low level), while scaling the does not. Win does ompute the scaling effects on a higher level. - so the eyes position have an 2x scaling error.

workaround: put the eyes in the upper left corner of your monitor...
