Use the argument types to choose input methods correctly

• numeric input for numeric types
• file / path / etc
• enum
• validate input bounds when possible

Picard tools don't display arguments.

The tool list is not well ordered.

• sort it in a sane way or divide by group
• add option to jump to program group
• add search box to find programs quickly by name

• merge necessary changes to gatk

• Add a button to the command box which allows selecting additional arguments to include from the full list of arguments
• Add formatting of some sort to make it clear which are optional and which are not

• Keep track of previously entered arguments and allow autofill / autosuggestion.
• Allow specifying default references, output locations, etc

• Add a text output that displays stdout/stderr of running tool.
• format stdout / stderr to be different.
• add configurable scroll back / scroll lock / search

Right now it doesn't use gatk launch, so it can't dispatch correctly to spark cluster or gcs.

Make tool and argument level doc visible in some way

• add tool doc to command pane
• add argument doc ( currently in tooltips)
