How should a team get their controls into the network? (let them have full access to the sat?)

In what situations would we not want them to have full control (E-Stop etc, timing running)

Secondary master control socket instead of putting the master as a middleman? (allows teams to connect to connect direct to testing sats without a master?)

Should the sim spawn a master with it?
